VALLEY REGION ELEMENTARY SCHOOL #10
A new 650 student elementary school on District-owned land at Sutter MS. School facilities will include classrooms, a library, multi-purpose room, food service and lunch shelter, administration, playfields, and surface parking.
The Valley Region Elementary School #10 consists of two buildings, Building 1 (Block A) and Building 2 (Block B & C). Building 1 is a two story, fully sprinklered, Type II – 1 Hour Construction building consisting of 20,629 SF with and occupancy group of E1. Building 2 is a two and one story building, fully sprinklered, Type II – 1 Hour Construction building consisting of 32,725 SF with mixed occupancies of A2.1, A-3, B and E.
